We're
off to the July 4th parade in Ketchikan, Alaska. Every year
the Ketchikan
Chamber of Commerce sponsors the best parade and we
love it! Most years we have the privilege of riding on the
fire trucks because Mum is a dispatcher and Dad is a fire
fighter at the Ketchikan Fire Department. Sometimes we like
to go with Gramma though because all the floats and parade
folks throw candy to the crowd and we can collect TONS of
candy.... of course, we don't eat it all and it ends up
in a very special treat bowl that lasts for a long time.
So,
off we go and wish you all a very happy Independence Day
where ever you are....
